Thanh Trung has extensive experience in the food technology sector, currently serving as the Technical and Technology Manager at Masan Consumer Holdings since September 2010. Responsibilities include the development and processing of various sauces, risk management for new products, and ensuring food safety through comprehensive validation techniques. Thanh also holds a position as Technical Manager at Lothamilk, focusing on the design and commissioning of production systems, while simultaneously leading senior projects at WILMAR related to sauces and condiments. Prior experience includes a role as Microbiology Manager at THP Group, where successful validation of hot filling for herbal tea was achieved. Thanh holds degrees from the University of Natural Sciences in Ho Chi Minh City and General University of Phu My1 in Binh Dinh.
