Jason Bartlett

Jason Bartlett is a Partner and Co-Chair of Litigation at Maschoff Brennan, where representation focuses on innovative companies and inventors in matters involving patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property, as well as commercial arbitration. Prior to this role, Jason served as an Intellectual Property and Technology Law Partner at Mauriel Kapouytian Woods LLP and held the position of Intellectual Property Litigation Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Jason began the legal career as a Litigation Associate at Perkins Coie Brown & Bain, P.A. Jason earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
