Jennifer Elarton

Jennifer Elarton is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Sr. DEI & Organizational Development Partner at Masco Corporation since January 2019, Jennifer previously held multiple roles at Quicken Loans from December 2011 to January 2019, including Sr. Organizational Development Consultant and Sr. Talent Management & Experience Consultant. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Progressive Insurance as an Operations Manager from February 2003 to December 2011. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in HR and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University.
