Jim Reginelli has a strong background in product management, engineering, and strategic pricing within the lighting industry. Jim is currently serving as the Vice President of Product, Engineering, and Strategic Pricing at Masco Corporation's Kichler Lighting division, where they lead the product management and engineering disciplines across all product lines and channels of business. In addition, they are responsible for managing strategic pricing, program management, and the New Product Introduction process. Prior to their current role, Reginelli held positions at Kichler Lighting as the Executive Director of Product for Lighting Systems and Director of Engineering. Jim also has extensive experience at GE, where they held various leadership roles, including Senior Engineering Manager for LED Replacement Lamp, Program Manager for GE Lighting Solutions, Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Lumination, and LED Packaging Engineer at GELcore. Reginelli gained diverse experience through the General Electric Edison Engineering Leadership Program, which involved rotations in HID lamps, automotive, semiconductor packaging, and LED system design. Throughout their career, they have successfully introduced LED products into global markets, launched energy-efficient lighting platforms, and driven strategic discussions with suppliers to ensure product performance and cost-effectiveness. Reginelli's expertise in product lifecycle management, driving innovation, and optimizing business processes has made him a valuable asset in the lighting industry.

Jim Reginelli's education history begins in 1993 when they attended St. Ignatius High School and completed their high school education. Following that, they attended John Carroll University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Physics. After completing their undergraduate studies, Jim pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering at Case Western Reserve University from 2001 to 2003. In 2009, they attended GE Crotonville for the New Manager Development Course (NMDC).
