Tom Assante has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the areas of strategic development, marketing, and supply chain management. Tom is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Strategic Development at Masco Corporation. Prior to this role, they were the President of Brasscraft Mfg. from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Delta Faucet Company, including Vice President of Information Services from 2013 to 2018, Director of Strategic Marketing from 2012 to 2013, and Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing from 2007 to 2012. Tom also worked at Delta Faucet as a Product Marketing Manager from 2006 to 2007 and as a Production Planning Manager from 2001 to 2006. Tom Assante began their career as a Supply Chain Consultant at Ciber Inc. from 1999 to 2001.
