Aap Ingrid Hebert

Ingrid Hebert, AAP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ingrid began their career at Dime Bank as a Teller in 2007 and later transitioned to become an Electronic Banking Specialist. In 2010, they were promoted to the role of Electronic Banking Supervisor before leaving the bank in 2011.

In 2012, Ingrid joined Savings Bank of Walpole as an Electronic Banking Manager and was responsible for overseeing the bank's eBanking operations. After four years in this role, they were promoted to the position of eBanking Officer, a role they held until 2019.

Ingrid then moved on to Mascoma Bank, where they have held several key positions. Ingrid started as a Group Product Manager in 2019 and was responsible for developing and managing the bank's product portfolio. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of IT Manager, where they oversaw the bank's IT department. After a year in this position, they were further promoted to the role of Director of Information Technology in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Service Delivery since April 2023, where they play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery within the organization.

Ingrid Hebert, AAP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in April 2019 and AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) from NACHA in October 2011. Additionally, they have completed the Intro To Supervision Certificate, Intro to Financial Services Certificate, and Intro to Human Resources Certificate, all from the Center for Financial Training Atlantic & Central States, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
