Deborah Blanc

Deborah Blanc has extensive experience in asset management and finance, holding senior roles at Mascoma Bank from August 2014 to December 2021, including Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management, as well as Vice President and Senior Asset Manager. Currently, Deborah serves as the Director of Asset Management at Mascoma Community Development since April 2018. Prior experience includes Vice President and Senior Credit Officer at Connecticut River Bank, N.A. from January 2005 to August 2014, and Treasurer at Blanc & Bailey Construction, Inc. from April 1989 to January 2014. Additionally, Deborah was the Campaign Director at Monadnock United Way from January 2001 to January 2005. In terms of education, Deborah has completed studies at the New England School for Financial Studies and is pursuing an accounting degree at Franklin Pierce College, with an expected graduation in January 2024.
