The team also has experience in technology, service quality measurement, customer experience, and district management. In addition to this wide range of experience, the team members also have diverse educational backgrounds, including degrees from Dartmouth College, The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, University of Michigan, Southern New Hampshire University, and University of New Hampshire.
