Doug McCreight

Doug McCreight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional system design and leadership training within defense and security sectors. Currently serving as Leadership Instructor at Masego Inc. and Senior Instructional Designer at Leidos, Doug has a strong track record of developing training programs for various governmental agencies, including the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and Homeland Security Investigations. Previously held roles include Lead Instructional System Designer at CSRA Inc., where Doug created mid and senior-level courses, and Program Manager positions across several organizations, focusing on business development and training for military and security services. Doug holds a PhD in Balkan Education from Warnborough University and a Master of Arts in Teaching, European History from Fayetteville State University.
