Pamela Benson

Pamela Benson joined Henry Schein ® in November 2016 as the Director of Supply Chain for Henry Schein Orthodontic™. She was promoted to Director of Operations in March 2018. Pamela is responsible for leading all operations and distribution centers at Henry Schein Orthodontic™. Pamela is a seasoned executive who had been responsible for developing and implementing a recognized world class supply chain organization during her 13 years at Danaher Corporation’s, Sybron Dental Specialties. Pamela had also led the deployment of Value Analysis and Redesign, as well as New Product Development Supply Chain programs while at Sybron. These programs increased profitability and speed to market and were regarded as best practices across Danaher. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Pamela served as the Global Director of Supply Chain at Emerson Corporation, where she was responsible for transforming the global supply chain, implementing best practices, driving excellence in customer service levels and cost reduction. Pamela holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Madonna University in Michigan, where she graduated with honors. She has extensive experience in Lean Organizational Excellence and holds multiple certifications from Danaher and Emerson.
