Fatima Zahrae Berkane has extensive experience in program and business development, currently serving in a Program Development role at Masen since June 2025. Previously, Fatima held positions in business development at Xlinks from January 2022 to June 2025, and as Technical Director at Leonidas Management, managing studies, construction, and operations and maintenance from January 2020 to January 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Engineering & PMO Manager and Head of the CW Department at NAREVA from January 2013 to November 2019, and as Project Manager at AUTOROUTES DU MAROC - ADM from 2009 to 2013, along with a role as Project Engineer at SOTRAVO in 2008-2009. Fatima holds an Executive MBA in Strategy and International Development from Toulouse Business School and an engineering degree from Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics. Currently, Fatima is pursuing studies in Art History and Anthropology at Ecole Du Louvre, Paris.
