Angelina Casanova (she/her)

Angelina Casanova is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in governance and legislative affairs. Currently serving as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Command Holdings, a Pequot Company since July 2017, Angelina focuses on aligning stakeholders to enhance the well-being of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation. Additionally, Angelina holds the position of National Legislative Affairs Manager for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation since May 2008, where advocacy and relationship-building with government leaders are prioritized. Previous roles include serving as a Legislative Assistant at MPTN and as a Board Director, Secretary, and Treasurer for Native Way Blend, LLC, an initiative supporting tribal entrepreneurship. Angelina holds a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies from Towson University and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Business/Corporate Communications from Harvard Extension School.
