Dexter Washington is an accomplished UX/UI designer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leading design projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead UX/UI Designer at Juniper Networks since July 2023, Dexter also co-founded Crafted Studios in March 2020, where expertise in Webflow has resulted in the development of engaging and functional web designs. Previous roles include Design Lead at FalconX, where communication solutions for institutional crypto trading were crafted, and Lead User Interface Designer at Lever, focusing on enhancing user experiences in talent acquisition. Dexter has also contributed to marketing and advertising efforts in previous positions, utilizing UX principles to create high-converting landing pages.
