Bassem Nassar, MBA, currently serves as the AVP- Operations Governance and Control Manager at Mashreq since May 2023. With extensive experience in the banking sector, Bassem held various leadership roles including AGM- Head Of Branches Control and Retail Support and Operations Senior Manager at Ahli United Bank Egypt from August 2014 to February 2023. Prior positions include Operation Manager at National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Head of Operation at NSGB, Team Leader for central operations at Barclays Corporate Banking, and Section Head for the Operation at Egyptian Arab Land Bank. Bassem holds a Master of International Business Administration (MIBA) in Global Finance from ESLSCA Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Tanta University.
