John Lee is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent development, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Beginning a career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, John progressed to roles at HSBC, including Regional Senior HR Business Partner for technical support functions and Head of HR for Global Functions. John's leadership extended to managing teams to support various HR activities across the MENAT region. Most recently, John's position as Regional Head of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion and Senior HR Business Partner at HSBC involved developing regional strategies for talent acquisition and promoting diversity across eight countries.
