Marie-Caroline Gerschel-Quero

Marie-Caroline Gerschel-Quero has extensive work experience in the field of Learning & Development and Human Resources. Marie-Caroline is currently the Head of Learning & Development at DS Smith, a position they assumed in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at General Mills, where they held various roles from 2007 to 2022. These roles included Senior Manager for Learning & Development and Internal Communications in Europe and Australia, HR Business Partner for Marketing, Training & Recruitment Director, and Project Lead for the Headquarters Colocation Project. Before joining General Mills, Marie-Caroline worked at GE Consumer & Industrial and GE Healthcare, where they held HR management positions.
