Rajah Iyyakkannu

Rajah Iyyakkannu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Mashreq since September 2009, Rajah focuses on enhancing functional performance through integrated people management strategies and oversees HR for multiple groups and offshore centers. Prior roles at Mashreq include Vice President of Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems, and Assistant Vice President for Compensation & Benefits. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Randstad Sri Lanka, Convergys, BPO Services Limited, and SJMS Associates (Deloitte), where responsibilities ranged from managing staffing operations to conducting audits. Rajah holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Madras.
