Ruchi Joshi

Ruchi Joshi currently serves as the Lead in Fraud Prevention and Intelligence at Mashreq since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank from December 2021 to October 2023, Deputy Manager in Internal Control at AU Small Finance Bank from December 2019 to December 2021, and Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank from April 2018 to December 2019. Ruchi began her career as an Assistant Manager in Operations at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank from August 2016 to April 2018 and completed an internship at Amul (GCMMF) in 2015, conducting a study on consumer response to a new product. Ruchi Joshi possesses expertise in core banking systems and holds an Executive MBA focusing on Leadership, Strategy, and Applied Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, with studies ongoing since October 2021.
