Siobhan Mead

Concept Furniture Designer at MASHstudios

Siobhan Mead is an experienced designer with a variety of work experience. Siobhan began their career in 2015 as the Marketing Manager for the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) Board UO Chapter. In the same year, they were also the Design Lead for the UO Chapter of Design for America. In 2017, they took on the role of Product of Eugene Mentor. From 2018 to 2019, they were a freelancer for Creative Circle, a Product Developer for Bitcork Inc., and an Industrial & Retail Environments Designer for Grand + Benedicts. In 2022, they began their current role as a Concept Furniture Designer for MASHstudios. Prior to this, they were the Cofounder & Principal Designer of Bluprint, Inc. where they managed all design and product development projects, procured tech packs and engineering documents, managed accounting, payroll, and administrative matters, created visual marketing campaigns, and was responsible for the hiring and internship program.

Siobhan Mead attended the University of Oregon from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a BS in Product Design and a minor in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia Studies. In 2015, they also attended the Danish Institute for Study Abroad to study Furniture Design and Theory.
