Paulina Alarcón

Paulina Alarcón has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paulina started their career in 2008 as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Mayor and continued teaching until 2010. In 2010, they had an internship at the Embassy of Chile in the U.S. as an Analyst in the Economic area.

In 2011, Paulina joined KPMG as a Consult and Audit TI, where they participated in audits for Systems in Clínica Bicentenario and Entel S.A. Later that year, they also worked briefly as an Insurance Salesman at Aseguradora Magallanes.

From 2013 to 2017, Paulina worked at SKY Airline in various roles within Corporate Treasury, including Cash Management, Head of Banks and Conciliation, and Analyst of Cost, Gestion, and Budget. In these positions, they handled cash flow management, bank relations, financial reconciliations, and implementations of financial systems.

In 2020, Paulina worked at TECHO as a Cost, Budget, and Data Analyst, where they were responsible for controlling project costs and analyzing improvements for future projects.

In 2021, they moved on to AFP PlanVital as an Investment Treasury Analyst, and currently, they are the Head of Corporate Treasury at Masisa.

Overall, Paulina has demonstrated a strong background in treasury management, financial analysis, and budget control throughout their career.

Paulina Alarcón attended Universidad Mayor from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Business and Administration. Before that, they completed their high school education at Nuestra Señora de Loreto from 1992 to 2004. Paulina also attended Escuela Villa las Estrellas from 1990 to 1992, completing 1 & 2 Basic. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Leading Others" from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in 2022 and "Fundamentos de la gestión del tiempo" from LinkedIn in 2020.
