Lawson Bae is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in growth, product development, and advisory roles within the web3 and fintech sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Growth at Mask Network, Lawson Bae has successfully designed a gamified go-to-market strategy and led partnerships with top web3 social protocols. As the Founder of RARA.social, Lawson Bae developed a social curation protocol that enhances user engagement with NFTs. Additional roles include Advisory positions at Subspace Labs and Hashflow, and previous leadership as Head of Operations and General Counsel at TokenSoft Inc., where Lawson Bae drove substantial revenue growth. A graduate of The University of Memphis with a Juris Doctorate, Lawson Bae also holds a Bachelor in Science from Christian Brothers University.
