Terry L. McKenzie, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Notably, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Maslow Media Group, Inc. and Reliability, Inc. since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as an HR Transformation Lead from 2012 to 2017, where they led a global talent acquisition redesign project. Before that, they held senior management roles at AES and Sprint Nextel, where they contributed to the strategy and long-term vision for shared services teams. Terry L. also worked as an independent consultant, providing HR and business operations advice, and served as the U.S. Human Resources/Recruitment Manager at Imagine Broadband LLC. Additionally, they were a Senior Recruiter at Bearingpoint and Manager of Recruiting at Online Resources. Terry started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Congressional Information Service, Inc. Terry L. has a strong background in recruitment, talent management, organization development, and HR strategy.

Terry L. McKenzie, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Shepherd University. Prior to that, they attended Damascus High School. Additionally, they hold two certifications: the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in June 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in March 2007.
