Shivam Issar

Shivam Issar is an Associate at Mason & Associates Advocates since July 2023, previously serving as an Executive Member at the Centre for ADR, VSLLS, VIPS from October 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included convening the 4th VIPS Maadhyam National Negotiation Competition and managing applications for ADR events. Earlier experiences include internships at Mason & Associates Advocates, SSRANA & Co, and various legal positions focusing on IP litigation. Shivam's background also features involvement in the Migrant Workers Assistance Project during the pandemic, providing vital support to laborers in distress. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law degree from the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, completed in June 2023.
