Joseph Pritchard

Chief Operating Officer at Masonic Homes of California

Joseph Pritchard has spent more than a decade studying and developing innovative and effective strategies to combat the ravages of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Pritchard began his service to the Masonic Homes in 2014, when he was hired as a health care manager. He was promoted to director of memory care in 2015. Pritchard is a member of multiple local and state organizations and he works with advisory bodies in the cities of Fremont, Union City, and Newark to create dementia-friendly communities. He also partners with the Alzheimer’s Association to provide education on how to support and care for elders coping with memory loss. Pritchard is a member of the Masons of California, and currently serves as Senior Warden for Siminoff Daylight Lodge No. 850.
