Ashley Watts

Ashley Watts is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in hospice and nursing care. Currently serving as the Hospice Patient Care Coordinator at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania since February 2014, Ashley developed the Masonic Village Bridge Program to enhance hospice admissions and has successfully managed patient transitions, facilitated advisory meetings, and achieved department certification. Previous roles include serving as a Hospice RN Case Manager, where Ashley implemented new documentation and customer education initiatives, and as a Registered Nurse at Lancaster General Health, providing critical care on the Neuroscience and Stroke Unit. Ashley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Nursing from Eastern Mennonite University at Lancaster and a Nursing Diploma from The Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences.
