Racr Jillian Cozzi

Jillian Cozzi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent management and recruitment. Jillian currently holds the position of Director of Talent Management at Masonicare since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Masonicare from October 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Masonicare from December 2021 to October 2022.
