Eddy Franken

Eddy Franken has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eddy started their career at CNH in 1994, where they held several positions including Manufacturing Engineer, Production Supervisor, Business Unit Manager & Quality Manager, and Production Manager. During their time at CNH, Eddy managed various teams, implemented lean principles and continuous improvement projects, and achieved significant cost savings and manufacturing efficiency improvements.

In 2008, Eddy joined Joy Global as the Site Manager for multiple plant responsibility. Eddy successfully implemented lean principles, continuous improvements, and cycle time improvements. Eddy also served as the Director of Operations, Australasia at Joy Global, where they directed operations for the region.

From 2015 to 2018, Eddy worked at Komatsu Mining Corp. as the Global Director of Operations and Supply Chain for the Crushing & Conveying Product Line. Eddy played a key role in managing operations and supply chain functions on a global scale.

In 2018, Eddy joined Masonite as the Vice President of Operations in the Residential and Components division. Currently, they are also serving as a Board Member at Sacopan, Inc. Eddy's experience showcases their expertise in operations, supply chain management, lean principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eddy Franken holds an MBA in Business Administration from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their B.Sc in Economische Bedrijfstechniek from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1988 to 1992. Eddy'searlier education includes attendance at Norbertus from 1982 to 1988, though no degree or field of study is mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, Eddy obtained the "Leading & Sustaining a Culture of Innovation" certification from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and the "Inclusive Mindset" certification from LinkedIn in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
