Sous Chef

Sous Chef is a Bakery Sous Chef at Masque Restaurant. Sous has worked as a senior sous chef at the leela palaces, hotels and resorts from August 2012 to September 2014. Prior to that, they were a stagiere' at the french laundry from January 2011 to January 2011. Sous has also worked as an ace student at the culinary institute of america from April 2010 to July 2011.

Sous Chef reports to Rachelle Andrade, Head Baker. Sous Chef works with and Baker - Assistant Baker.
