Kholoud Ahmed al Awadi

Kholoud Ahmed Al Awadi has extensive work experience in the field of talent management, learning and talent development, recruitment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Kholoud Ahmed is currently working as the Head of Talent Management at Masraf Al Rayan. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Masraf Al Rayan, including Senior Manager in Learning and Talent Development, Recruitment & Employee Relations, and Employee Relations Manager. Kholoud Ahmed also worked as a Personnel Manager at Masraf Al Rayan. Earlier in their career, Kholoud worked at QATAR NAVIGATION (QSC) “MILAHA” where they served as the Head of Compensation & Benefits, Head of Training & Development (Qatarization), and Recruitment Officer.

Kholoud Ahmed Al Awadi pursued their undergraduate studies in English Literature at Qatar University from 1993 to 1999, earning a Bachelor's degree.
