Stuart is currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Masraf Al Rayan, where they are responsible for driving the digital transformation of the organization through innovation and the adoption of efficient technologies. Before joining Masraf Al Rayan, Stuart worked as a Digital, Technology, and Transformation Advisor at a confidential company.

Prior to this, Stuart played a significant role as the Chief Information Officer/Chief Technology Officer at ila Bank, where they successfully launched the Middle East's first digital/mobile/cloud bank. Stuart collaborated with industry leaders and achieved the widest range of functionality globally for a digital-only bank.

Stuart also served as the Group Head of Information Technology at Bank ABC, an international universal bank headquartered in Bahrain. Stuart managed the bank's IT operations across multiple countries and played a crucial role in various banking functions.

Before joining Bank ABC, Stuart worked at Atos Origin as AVP Business Development and Project Manager SAP. Stuart provided consultancy services for program/project management and systems implementation, primarily focusing on SAP enterprise solutions.
