Cathy Cheng-Anderson

Cathy Cheng-Anderson 鄭 鳳 儀 currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Director of Business Operations at the Mass Cultural Council, where responsibilities include overseeing budget management, accounting, cultural equity initiatives, human resources, and strategic procurement. Previously, Cathy held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of People + Culture, focusing on policy development for an inclusive workplace. Prior to joining the Mass Cultural Council, Cathy held significant roles in human resources and employee relations at organizations such as The Center for Health Information and Analysis, Massachusetts COVID-19 Response Command Center, Massachusetts Department of Higher Education, and Middlesex Community College. Cathy holds a Master of Science in Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, has participated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Senior Leaders Program at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Curry College.
