John Rines Munro

John Rines Munro is a User Experience Lead at Mass General Brigham Health Plan, driving UX strategy and collaborating with leadership to improve overall experience. John has experience as a Visual Designer creating web experiences, and as a Web Designer producing templates and landing pages. John also worked as a Digital Designer in freelance, a Graphic Designer at Akamai Technologies and Midaxo, a Commissioned Sales Associate at Neiman Marcus, and in various design roles at other companies. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art from Marist College.
