Ben White is currently the Director of the Center for Emergency Medicine Innovation and the Director of Patient Experience at Mass General Brigham, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Ben completed a residency at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2005 to 2009 and held various leadership roles there, including Director of Clinical Operations and Director of ED and Virtual Observation. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Yale University and a Doctor of Medicine from Harvard Medical School.
