Carolyn Knight

Carolyn Knight has over two decades of experience with Mass General Brigham, advancing from a Third Party Reviewer to Senior Manager, overseeing two interwoven teams in the Specialty Billing Department. Responsibilities include managing the resolution and follow-up processes for various complex billing scenarios, including Workers Compensation and organ donation programs. Prior to this, Carolyn held a Third Party Reviewer position at Mass General Brigham and worked in commercial accounts receivable at multiple hospitals. Carolyn began their career with temporary roles at Massachusetts General Hospital. Carolyn studied at Quincy College from 1993 to 1997 and attended Bridgewater State University in 1992-1993.
