Catherine Finn

Catherine Finn, MSW, CPXP, serves as the Director of Physician Engagement for International Patient Services at Mass General Brigham since January 2024, previously holding the position of Physician Liaison within the same division. Catherine contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Design Thinking and Innovation Strategy course at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business in mid-2024, collaborating with Professor Patricia Hambrick. Prior experience includes roles as an MBA Corporate Resident in Innovation and Educational Research at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and in Medical Affairs at Biogen, as well as serving as the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives at Harvard Medical School from 2015 to 2023. Catherine's early career included various leadership positions at Healthwise. Catherine holds a dual bachelor's degree in English and American Literature, Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Boston University, a Master of Social Work from Simmons University, an MBA in Health Sector Management from Questrom School of Business, and a certificate in Human-Centered Healthcare Design from Parsons School of Design.
