Colleen Moran

Colleen Moran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce integration and human resources across various healthcare and educational organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Integration at Mass General Brigham since January 2021, Colleen focuses on enhancing talent acquisition strategies and developing new programs in collaboration with executive leadership. Previously, Colleen held several leadership roles at Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, including Director of Workforce Programs, where efforts centered on increasing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Colleen also directed human resources for multiple facilities within healthcare settings and showcased a strong background in employee relations, staff development, and program management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Boston College.
