Heather O'Sullivan MS, APRN, currently serves as a Trustee at Nantucket Cottage Hospital and as President of Healthcare at Home at Mass General Brigham, where responsibilities include managing the growth of the largest acute full-episode Home Hospital in the nation and overseeing a range of in-home healthcare services.
