Joan McNamara

Joan McNamara is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Town Administrator and Select Board for the Town of Natick since January 2020. McNamara's previous roles include Assistant to Physician Medical Directors at the New England Quality Care Alliance from March 2016 to August 2019 and Operations at Neighborhood Health Plan from January 2013 to December 2015. Additionally, McNamara worked as Executive Assistant to the Chief Customer Officer at Neighborhood Health Plan during the same period and held positions as a Legal Assistant at Hill & Barlow and Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C. earlier in the career. McNamara holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and completed secondary education at Norwood High School.
