Kelly Boehner

Kelly Boehner is a seasoned human resources and labor relations professional with extensive experience in advising leadership and managing complex employee relations issues. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Salem Hospital at Mass General Brigham since June 2016, Boehner previously held roles including Senior Consultant and Labor Relations Analyst at F&H Solutions Group, where lead negotiation for a Fortune 500 company occurred. Prior to that, Boehner worked at Norfolk Southern Corporation as a Labor Relations Officer, responsible for compliance and representation in arbitration proceedings. An educational background in Industrial and Labor Relations was obtained from Cornell University, where a Bachelor of Science degree was earned.
