James Noone

James Noone, Chartered FCIPD, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at the University of Denver since December 2022. With extensive experience in employee and labor relations, James held the position of Employee Relations Director at Greystar, overseeing multiple states, and served as Senior Manager of Industrial Relations at Cornerstone Chemical Company, managing relationships across manufacturing plants. Previous roles include Director of Employee Relations and Total Rewards at American Public Media Group, Director of Global Employee Relations and HR Compliance at First Data Corporation, and Manager of Employee and Labor Relations at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, where significant cost savings were achieved. James began their career with roles at The Coca-Cola Company, County of Alameda, SEIU, and the Committee of Interns and Residents, demonstrating a strong foundation in labor negotiations and union representation. Academic qualifications include an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College and a BA in Political Science from Iona University.
