Megan Horne

Megan Horne is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and product management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Mass General Brigham since April 2021, Megan leads implementation teams for Workday Reporting and Strata Financial Systems. Previous roles at Partners HealthCare included Data Analytic Translator, Resource Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst, where Megan contributed to the Partners eCare project, developed financial models, and managed budget scope changes. Megan began the career as a Financial Coordinator at Brigham and Women's Hospital and holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, complemented by a BA in Public Health & Management from the same institution.
