Natalie Boutin

Natalie Boutin has extensive experience in information technology and program management, serving as Program Director and Director of Information Technology at Mass General Brigham since October 2007. In this role, Natalie leads operations for major research programs, including the Mass General Brigham Biobank and the NIH-funded RECOVER program, focusing on strategic planning and budget management to support medical research. Previously, Natalie held positions such as Director of Program Management at Publicis Sapient, where programs were structured to enhance business results through technology, and Product Manager at Excite@Home, managing the development of interactive television services. Additional roles include producing educational programming and contributing to The New York Times as a Desk Assistant. Natalie graduated from Harvard University in 1994 with an A.B. in Social Studies.
