Sarah Bolha

Sarah Bolha is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in project management and talent attraction. Currently serving as a Senior HR Project Manager for Mass General Brigham, Sarah specializes in managing enterprise-wide integrations and collaborating across Human Resources to facilitate employee transitions. Previously, Sarah held various roles at Mercury Systems, where significant achievements included establishing the first HR PMO and leading the integration of multiple acquisitions. Sarah's earlier experience includes senior positions at Boston University, overseeing large-scale arts programs and managing substantial departmental budgets. Sarah holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, a Graduate Certificate in Arts Administration from Boston University Metropolitan College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University.
