Sarah Bouvier

Sarah Bouvier is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and benefits administration, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at RTX since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at Mass General Brigham from January 2020, including Health and Welfare Benefits Senior Manager and Health Benefits Program Manager. Sarah's extensive experience also includes responsibilities at Partners HealthCare, where roles ranged from Benefits Consultant to Supervisor of Health and Welfare Operations. With a robust background in leave of absence management, policy interpretation, and employee training, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in benefits administration across multiple organizations. Academically, Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College and a GBA certificate in Employee Benefits from The Wharton School.
