In these positions, Sarah leads an enterprise Health Equity team focused on implementing strategic improvements that enhance patient care through initiatives such as expanding language access, improving demographic data collection, and addressing structural racism in healthcare. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Center for Health Care and Policy Research, contributing to a major evaluation initiative sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University.
