Dr. Latoya Bosworth

Dr. Latoya Bosworth is a multi-talented individual with a background in education, nonprofit management, and human services. With a PhD in Human Services and experience in various roles such as life coach, speaker, workshop facilitator, author, and consultant, Dr. Bosworth has made significant contributions to the field of personal development and youth empowerment. As a faculty member at The Institute for Equity-Centered Coaching and a Program Officer at Mass Humanities, Dr. Latoya continues to advocate for DEI education and equitable practices. In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Bosworth is also the Founder and Director of Keep Youth Dreaming and Striving, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting self-esteem in youth through arts and mentoring.
