Heather Robertson currently serves as the Manager of Law Student and New Lawyer Engagement at the Massachusetts Bar Association, having held various roles within the organization since January 2017, including Membership Marketing Manager and Membership Marketing Coordinator. Prior to this, Heather worked at Delaware North from January 2015 to January 2017 as an Operations Assistant, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations at the Roger Dean Stadium, managing employee coordination, and ensuring efficient operational processes. Additional experience includes serving as an Operations Associate for the Miami Dolphins Foundation, focusing on fan engagement and fundraising initiatives. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Business Administration from High Point University and holds a certification in Meeting and Event Planning from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
