Jeffry Martins

Jeffry Martins, MBA, M.S. Eng., is a Senior Project Manager at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), a position held since April 2023, following nearly 15 years at the Rhode Island Department of Transportation, where Jeffry served as Project Manager for six years. In addition, Jeffry is the Owner and CEO of SENTIC Solutions, a role maintained since January 2014. Jeffry's project management experience includes overseeing various design contracts and innovating workflows through emerging technologies in engineering design. Academically, Jeffry holds an MBA in Finance from Providence College and two degrees from the University of Rhode Island: a Master of Science in Civil Engineering/Structures and dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering.
