Joshua Melucci

Joshua Melucci is a seasoned recruiting professional with a robust background in technical recruiting and consulting. Currently serving as the Technical Recruiting Lead for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) since February 2018, Joshua leads efforts within the Customer Technology group to attract talent for a range of technology-driven projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiting Lead/Consultant at J. Michael Consulting, where Joshua has collaborated with various clients including ZappRx and Newstore, and as a Recruiting Consultant at Vacaré Group, focusing on challenging placements in startup technology companies. Joshua's earlier career includes positions at Pegasystems and Randstad Technologies, along with a foundational role as an Account Manager at Wells Fargo. Joshua holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Assumption University.
