Logan Nash

Logan Nash is a seasoned professional in transit technology and urban planning, currently serving as the Director of Transit Technology at MBTA since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing real-time rider information systems and developing tools like Skate, the MBTA's mobile bus dispatch app. Prior to this role, Logan was the Deputy Director of Realtime Applications at MBTA, managing the bus dispatch technology stack. Logan's experience also includes a position as Community Planner/Project Manager at the U.S. DOT Volpe National Transportation Systems Center, focusing on emerging technology to tackle transportation challenges, and various roles in planning and communications, including internships and facilitations that underscore a commitment to community engagement and transit improvements. Logan holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Carleton College.
